Correct. It seemed to have been fixed at some time, but it has started again.

My new policy on the list is that any member will be set to the "moderated" 
status when an auto reply is sent to the list from his address for the first 
time. For non-posters this doesn't make a difference anyway. I will remove the 
"moderated" flag on request, when the list member confirms that the vacation 
mailer has been fixed.
