If it's Sun hardware, it should be fairly cheap ($100-$300 per
machine); if it's non-Sun hardware it will be costly ($1000 per machine
for 1-2 sockets, more for additional sockets).

You may be able to buy entitlements for support via the Oracle web
interface, but certainly calling up one of their sales rep and
explaining the urgency of the issue would probably be your best bet.
