[pca] SunRay (x86) patches don't show if not installed

I have appropriate support agreements and it appears that I can use pca
to download Studio 12.2 patches on the same machine on which I was
having SunRay update fun. I have downloaded the full SunRay 5.1.2
package and updated the installation that way. Seems a bit weird to
have to download over 250 MBytes to get two patches - thank goodness
for a high rate connection to the net.
