With these support-levels
SW: Existing Oracle software and Sun middleware
OS: Solaris patches and updates
PUB: Oracle Open Office/StarOffice and patch utilities
FMW: Firmware, drivers, bios, system controller software, ALOM/ILOM, diagnostics

I was able to download both patches
109962 -- < 14 --- 999 Hardware, FC-AL Disks: Download program and FC-AL Disk Drive firmw
111853 -- < 04 --- 999 Hardware/FCode: PCI Single/Dual FC Network Adapter

in MOS, but only
111853 -- < 04 --- 999 Hardware/FCode: PCI Single/Dual FC Network Adapter
with pca!
In pca I see
Failed (Error 404: 109962-14 not found)
