It's really better to specify the same patch set (e.g. "missingrs") with the
"pca --download" and the "pca --install" command, as that will ensure that all
required patches are there. To ignore certain patches, you can use pca's
"--ignore" option.
You can set "--dltries=0" to make PCA not try to download patches from Oracle at
all. It's also possible to provide a list of patch IDs or patch files to PCA
(like "pca --install 1*.zip" or "pca --install patches.txt"), but be aware that
it will not resolve patch dependencies in that case. It's on you to feed patches
in the correct order to PCA.
