[pca] no xref file?

Don,

Thanks for the explanation.  You saved my Oracle Sales Rep an irate
phone call.  I have spent the past month+ trying to get my Sun/Oracle
support renewed, and it was not a smooth experience.  I got passed
around from person to person so I never knew who I was supposed to be
dealing with.  And as I got passed around, I kept getting
dropped/forgotten about.  I figured that the support software had cut
me off after the end of June because the sales people were still
screwing around with my PO and hadn't re-enabled my support.  But I
digress.
