[pca] (Error 403: Service Error) after year changed

Hello Martin,
thanks, it wasn't due to an your script but because of something rotten
there .. it's now resolved. i sent them angry email with request that i
have troubles and they replied at todays morning with apologies that all
should be okay ...
i have now on dashboard now:
Support Level: Software
Classification: General
and your script prints out this:
SW: Existing Oracle software and Sun middleware
PUB: Oracle Open Office/StarOffice and patch utilities
