Just to be sure: You aren't using any quotation characters (like " or ' or \) in 
WWWWWWW, are you? The password should be written here as-is.

Please comment out this option:

> threads=6

Then run "/pca/Scripts/pca --debug -d 119254-78" again and show the debug output.
