[pca] Downloading patches from proxy

Martin,

Thanks a lot.  That worked.  I had updated the pca binary by just
copying it since the update pca didn't work but I never copied it to the
cgi file as well.  I won't forget that one.

Yes, that's correct. I understand that the various types of proxies can 
be confusing.

Ok, the client setup looks fine now, the problem is on the PCA proxy
server:

This version of pca is very old, and it definitely won't work with the 
new Oracle patch download infrastructure. Replace pca-proxy.cgi with a 
recent version of pca, and then try again. If it still doesn't work, 
please post again debug output from client and server.
