[pca] broken ? grep "^118822" $PCA_XREFDIR/patchdiag.xref

No idea whether there's a reason for those old revisions being included in the 
xref file; pca ignores them. Especially incomplete lines (no arch, no package 
list) like this are weird:

   118822|12|| |S|O| B|10|119578-03;||SunOS 5.10: kernel Patch
