[pca] Proper update-on-attach!

Did you apply 142900-newest version?

I've not installed the latest KU (Sol 10 Update 9) but I've heard it introduces zones update on attach with -U so I suspect it would be related to this patch.

I think that's for 'zoneadm attach ... -u' , rather than the new 'zoneadm attach ... -U' . If the older zoneadm update was in a kernel patch, though, it might be likely that the new zoneadm update come in a similar form. Maybe 142909-17 ?
