I was able to get patchdiag.xref but not one single patch.

I say we organize a class action law suit on terms of breech of contract.
Personally I paid money for my support and if I can not get a damn patch
that is a breech of contract. If we have several thousand others that feel
the same way on a long weekend then we have a class action law suit to
file against Oracle Corporation for breech of contract and a few otehr
areas of tort.
