[pca] solaris 8/9 nd x86 patches show up un solaris 10 sparc server

This is probably because SUN/Oracle do not include ARCH information for
those patches. I have seen this happen to Veritas 4.x patches too.
I those cases, I usually add that particular patch set to ""patter" list in
pca.conf.

Once I get list of patches for the OS version for SUN Mgt Console, I usually
install them after all the patches are installed.
