[pca] Perl warnings on X86

Something seems to be wrong with the wget binary found by pca. Can you 
try to run "/patchrep/wget --version" manually and check if this works?

FYI: I'm currently out of office, so I will not check my mail regularly 
until next Tuesday - sorry for the delays.
