[pca] Perl warnings on X86

All,

We are getting the following errors when running pca 20100910-01 on a X4450.


readline() on closed filehandle W at /patchrep/pca.pl line 1114.

Use of uninitialized value in substitution (s///) at /patchrep/pca.pl line 1116.
Use of uninitialized value in split at /patchrep/pca.pl line 1116.
Use of uninitialized value in multiplication (*) at /patchrep/pca.pl line 1117.
Use of uninitialized value in multiplication (*) at /patchrep/pca.pl line 1117.
Can't exec "/patchrep/wget": Invalid argument at /patchrep/pca.pl line 1119.
