[pca] dependency checking of path list file

All,

I am looking for a way to get the same functionality as the following:
'pca.pl --install missingrs' but for a specific subset of patches that
is listed in a file. Specifically I am want to insure that all patch
dependencies are resolved.

'pca.pl --install patchlist.txt' only tries to install the patches
listed in patchlist.txt, not any of the dependencies of those patches
and also seems to ignore whether the patch is appropriate for the 
platform in question, but blindly tries to install every patch in the
patchlist.txt on the system.

Anyone have any pointers?
