[pca] Where have all the patch related email reports gone?

I received the following reply from Oracle Customer Services:

The report has moved. Please resubscribe using the following method:
 
Go to this SunSolve document:
 
http://sunsolve.sun.com/search/notify.do?assetkey=1-66-275470-1 
 
and then in the right column under Page Tools, select "Subscribe To This 
Article".
(To unsubscribe, select "View/Edit Subscriptions")

The document has been updated twice since I used the "new method" but have not received any alert email.
