We're using ZFS root/Live Upgrade. However, part of our upgrade was 
moving from 10u6 to 10u8, which upgraded our zpool version and rendered 
our old 10u6 BE unusable. I'm running another LU right now to build a 
clean 10u8 BE, and then will roll out the patches manually. Joy.
