[pca] sunsolve https not working?

same here ..

i can't even download .xref file (pca -x --debug) .. it hangs up.
Probably we are persecuted, prosecuted, abominated, aggravated and
pestered by using pca ..

these hang-ups occur more and more oftenly then *before Oracle kingdom
began walking on theirs path to glory ..
