[pca] Query latest pca and patchdiag.xref file (errors?)

Martin,
I believe I got there by re-using the syntax from working with a single patch and substituting patchlist.txt. This is only the second time I've used the patchlist.txt form.
This may be one of those times when I was setting a bad example. :)

The problem has been fixed in the current development release of pca.

Out of interest - is there a reason why you do this in one command?
Personally, I'd use one for "pretend" and one for "readme", so the
output doesn't get mixed up and is easier to read:
/var/tmp/pca --patchdir="..." --safe --pretend /var/tmp/patchlist.txt
/var/tmp/pca --patchdir="..." --readme /var/tmp/patchlist.txt
