[pca] Query latest pca and patchdiag.xref file (errors?)

I think that's a completely different problem. The patch-IDs listed by 
David French are definitely of the "NOT FOUND" type I described.

The only explanation for that I have is that the copy of the 
patchdiag.xref file used here was corrupt. I've checked the file in 
question from Jun/09/10 in my archives, and it looks fine. Do you still 
have this xref file? If so, is it 3298900 bytes long?

This is even more mysterious. It means that pca couldn't get a 
meaningful output from the uname command. Very strange. And the problem 
just disappeared again?

If you can reproduce the problems, re-run pca with "--debug" and send me 
the output.
