[pca] Corrupted boot_archive

No, this is not an issue with the patch bundle, but rather the kernel and
the OS design itself. Too many bugs with the latest kernel (142900). It has
jumped from revision -05 in Feb 2010 to -15 in Jul 26 2010.

I have seem some really strange issues since the boot archive was released.
But the good thing about it is, either it works or it does not. So we can
decide if we should patch the OS to a higher level or upgrade the OS using
LU and latest image (Update) directly.
