Hi Jeremy,

Have you used pca before, and did it work then?

Everything looks fine up to here:

> Resolving a248.e.akamai.net... 65.49.92.234, 65.49.92.122, 65.49.92.131,
> ...

> Connecting to a248.e.akamai.net|65.49.92.234|:443... connected.

I don't think that there IP addresses belong to Akamai (I could be wrong
though, I don't know the internals of Akamais servers worldwide). Whois
tells me that they are owned by:

   OrgName:    Hurricane Electric, Inc.
   OrgID:      HURC
   Address:    760 Mission Court
   City:       Fremont
   StateProv:  CA

Is there any DNS proxy or something similar in you network connection?

Maybe not all the required connections are open in your firewall.
HTTP/HTTPS access to these hosts must be allowed:

   * sunsolve.sun.com
   * getupdates2.sun.com
   * a248.e.akamai.net

The IP address(es) that a248.e.akamai.net resolves to depends on your
location. Check this doc for other possible prerequisites:

Martin.
