Same here - there's no error, but the contract number doesn't show up 
either.

I used the "+" (Feedback) link to report the problem, but as I'm 
supposed to rate the website there and got the following response, I 
wonder whether this will be of any help:

   While we cannot guarantee a response, we can assure you that the
   report will be read and investigated.
