[pca] PCA stops for SunSolve account

I agree on that this seems to be the same issue in both your messages.
It's due to the changed behaviour of pca now asking for SOA data by
default when it needs it (the former "askauth" option).

Setting "user=dontask" on the client will fix that indeed. As you have a
pca configuration file somewhere to set the proxy anyway, adding this
extra setting should be no problem.
The problem with making "user=dontask" the default when "pcaurl" is set
to a caching proxy is that then there's no way to trigger the current
behaviour anymore. No idea whether anyone relies on that behaviour, but
I've seen people rely on stranger things in the past :) Even if I agree
that your scenario makes sense: the original idea was that pca should
try *everything* to get a required patch, so when the proxy fails it
tries to talk to SunSolve directly.
If you think that setting "user=dontask" is not an acceptable solution,
please let me know, so we can further discuss this.
