[pca] Jar format bye bye - what's up with patch patch_order and jumpstart ?

Interesting. I didn't know that only JAR format is supported in this setup, but 
I've verified it in the Jumpstart docs now.

It would be interesting to see what Oracle says about this. If you open a case, 
please let us know about the answer.

As for alternatives: I guess you could use NFS instead of HTTP, but then I think 
you'll have to store the patches in extracted directory format (ie. unzipped).

Or you use a custom finish script instead of the "patch" keyword. Either write 
one yourself which gets the patches via wget one by one, extracts them to /tmp 
and installs them. Or use PCA in a finish script.
