[pca] MOS user name with @ character?

We had a lot of conversation about it off-list, too, and at the end it suddenly 
worked after he changed the password to a new one and later back to the original 
one. Strange.

The code in pca splits name/value on the first "=", so yes, both should work. At 
least if wget handles this syntax in the same way, because PCA puts the settings 
into a wgetrc file, fed to wget.
