Thanks for the response,
I also escaped the @ sign and have removed from pca.conf...
have tried all credentials for our sysadmins
still getting ERROR: 403: Service Error
just trying to download 119254...
any help appreciated, saw the Oracle email that the issues
were resolved, but...
