Diana,

  I ran into those errors back in May and had to upgrade to wget 1.12. I got mine at www.sunfreeware.com

wget-1.12-sol10-sparc-local.gz GNU Wget is a freely available network utility to retrieve files from the World Wide Web using HTTP and FTP - installs in /usr/local. Dependencies: openssl-1.0.0c, libiconv, libidn, libintl, and /usr/local/lib/libgcc_s.so.1 and /usr/local/lib/libstdc++.so.6 need to exist by installing libgcc-3.4.6 or gcc-3.4.6.
wget-1.12.tar.gz Source Code. [Details]

I also had to add "--sshost=getupdates.oracle.com" to my pca command string.

I've been able to successfully update pca

Have double checked the wget version for SSL/HTTPS support
wget --version >>--> 1.10.2

Still get this error on connection to getupdates.oracle.com:
...
Connecting to getupdates.oracle.com|192.18.110.9|:443... connected
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 403 Service Error
11:44:38 ERROR 403: Service Error.
...
Am I missing something?
Have tried all known accounts/pws as well...

Any suggestions welcome!
