Thanks. The pkginfo output shows what I was suspecting - you have a
whole lot of Solaris 9 packages installed on this system, for whatever
reason. Here's an example - on Solaris 9 the 32/64bit binaries were
split into two packages:

SUNWcsl Core Solaris, (Shared Libs)
                                   (sparc) 11.9.0,REV=2002.04.06.15.27
SUNWcslx Core Solaris Libraries (64-bit)
                                   (sparc) 11.9.0,REV=2002.04.06.15.27

On Solaris 10, they are combined into one:

SUNWcsl Core Solaris, (Shared Libs)
                                   (sparc) 11.10.0,REV=2005.01.21.15.53

And you have a combination on your system:

SUNWcsl Core Solaris, (Shared Libs)
                                  (sparc) 11.10.0,REV=2005.01.21.15.53
SUNWcslx Core Solaris Libraries (64-bit)
                                  (sparc) 11.9.0,REV=2002.04.06.15.27

I don't think that a faulty upgrade could have caused that. Maybe 'ls
-lart /var/sadm/pkg' will help you find out when and why the packages
were added.

To sort this out, you would have to (carefully) remove those SUNW*x
packages with version "11.9.0". I'd make sure to have a recent backup
before trying that.

Martin.
