[pca] Problem downloading patches with local proxy

Hi,
I have set-up and running a site PCA proxy which worked fine until Sun 
changed SunSolve a few weeks ago.
The last two day I am not getting any new patches. I check with Sun and 
I do have a valid SunSolve account.Is the a known problem?
