[pca] patch issue

We also saw this on all our Sparc servers where the following bunch of 
patches -including kernel patch 141444-09- was applied:

We told Sun about this issue but got no answer.
In the meantime, we stopped fmd (# svcadm disable svc:/system/fmd:default)
