[pca] outdated patchdiag.xref

Hello Martin,

Is this working now? I get an error 500 with the dev version:

Resolving getupdates2.sun.com... 198.232.168.157
Connecting to getupdates2.sun.com|198.232.168.157|:443... connected.
HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 500 Internal Server Error
21:41:32 ERROR 500: Internal Server Error.

I just downloaded it:
./pca-dev -v
pca 20091022-01

SunSolve issues - again, but on Akamai?
