[pca] failing patch downloads

[Bleek Thomas]

seems to work here. I tried about 6 patches.

But by mistake I tried to download an earlier revision of one patch  
and got this:
Looking for 141532-01 (1/1)
Trying http://ftp.gfz-potsdam.de/cgi-bin/pca-proxy.cgi?
Failed
Failed (no Sun Online Account data)
Failed (patch not found)

But this patch is also not shown on sunsolve,
