Hi Frank,

If you want to provide me with your SOA username I can take a look at it 
for you (just reply directly to me!).

BTW - There are some issues with Update Manager, whereby customers 
running Update Manager for some reason end up with their SOA password reset.
Investigation into this is ongoing, but that said I have not heard of 
any contract associations to SOA's being undone to date.
Update Manager and wget use different Entitlement calls, which is why 
you may be able to download a patch with Update Manager, but not with 
wget/pca. There is currently work underway to resolve these differences.
