You could start with the basic setup as described in the pca docs; the 
only thing missing will be the HTTPS part.

I didn't find a simple description of configuring SSL for the bundled 
Apache2 in Solaris, I'm using a self-compiled version of Apache myself. 
There are pointers at:

   Infodoc 81509 : Configuring SSL for Apache 2 bundled in Solaris 10

which sounds exactly like what you want, but this document doesn't seem 
to exist (anymore); strange.
