[pca] RFE: pca-proxy.cgi without stored credentials

Hi,

i have setup pca-proxy.cgi with 20091030-01 and it is working just fine
as long as i provide a set of credentials in pca-proxy.conf.

As we are a bunch of Sun contractors with individual Sun accounts, i
would like to refrain from storing anyone's personal credentials in
pca-proxy.conf. Would it be possible to have pca-proxy.cgi work with
dynamically provided credentials (from the requesting pca via -a)?
Currently pca only seems to honor -a when it falls back to
sunsolve.sun.com.
