[pca] pca and the liveupgrade needs?

hello all,
before applying the liveupgrade procedure, we need to verfiy a bunch of 
patches on this document:

actually, i did a copy-paste of the zone that contains patches related 
to my system, and construct a line like this:
./pca -l 118815-05 120900-04 121133-02 119254-64 119317-01 120235-01 
121428-08 121002-03 123121-02 119309-03 121004-03 119574-02 120996-02 
120068-03 119042-10 126538-01 123332-01 119246-27 121901-02 125418-01 
121430-34 123839-07 127922-03 137321-01 138130-01

and to find what are really the patches i need to apply, i repeat some 
grep to eliminate the patches already installed (=) and Obsoleted
Is there a better (or easy) way to do this?
If infodoc says that i need xxxxxx-05, but pca sees -06 as IR and -07 as 
CR, how can i easily (said automatic) deduce that it is ok?
