[pca] PCA proxy question

Nevermind... I have tracked down the issue. One of our admins changed the password to the sunsolve account. I had updated the pca.conf file on our proxy server but forgot to update the pca-proxy.conf file... I removed the wgetproxy from the pca.conf on the server I am trying to patch from and it is working as expected now. Thanks for the help, it helped me pin-point the problem :)

Martin,

Yes. It will grab the file from the local pca-proxy server. However if that patch isn't on the proxy server, it will fail, then try to to go sunsolve and then fail because now it doesn't know how to "get out" with a proxy. For example:

Might be. I'm taking up the issue with our network guy who runs our "websense" blocking software. I have a feeling if I can "unblock" our local pca server as well as make sure sunsolve is unblocked, the problem will disappear. :)

BTW, Thanks for the tip on perl. I may see if we can update that to the latest so we can use threading.
