[pca] Generate List

Well easiest way is to keep the patchdiag.xref and use that with the
other system.


To quote Martin in his last post:

"The key is to keep and freeze a copy of the patchdiag.xref file, and
make pca use that. Like that, you get exactly the same state on every
machine you patch.

Look up pca's xrefdir and nocheckxref options. "
