[pca] pca and jumpstart pros & cons

Hi All,
 
I have working setup of pca proxy server. I would like to use pca util
in my jumpstart finish script. 
 
Is there a way to freeze the patchlist of "missingrs" (missing
recommeded & security) including the (patch version) if possible. And
use this to standardize  the builds.
 
Essentially I am trying to keep all the new builds at the same levels.
