You really don't provide a lot of information here. If a download fails, 
please run pca with --debug and look for the error code returned by 
SunSolve (e.g. "403 Forbidden" or "500 Internal Server Error").

If you look at the archive of the mailing list, you'll see that there 
have been problems with Sun's authentication service last week. Maybe 
that's the problem you experienced?
