[pca] Sunsolve access acting weird

Had a similar issue. I had not changed my password in 10 years and it got
locked out of Sunsolve for no reason. So I had to get my password reset and
finally changed my password.

Also, Sunsolve was acting weird yesterday while trying to download the
latest patches and readme files.
