[pca] Reboot Required?

Is there is a capability in pca or elsewhere to investigate whether or not 
a particular patch requires a reboot besides pca -I?

That is one way to do it, but it seems that downloading each patch .zip 
file only to scan the README file is cumbersome. I'm wondering if there is 
another reference file of some kind or a uniform way in which Sun 
categorizes patches that require reboots.
