[pca] Outage affecting patch downloads

Hi,

Please be aware that there is an internal outage on the SAN which is 
used to Store Sun patches & clusters.

Patch & Cluster downloads are being impacted.

We are working to get the issue resolved as quickly as we can, but in 
the meantime please bear with us.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused as a result of this.

I will let you all know when the issue is fixed.
