[pca] no patches for several weeks

OK, I have one server - SunOS 5.10/Generic_138888-03/sparc/sun4u - running PCA that has not installed a patch in several weeks. All of my other Sun servers running PCA always have several patches to install. I'm really confused by this machine because it has the same PCA setup as the other servers (once I got one to work, I just tar'd / gzipped the files and sent the files to my other servers). It runs in the cron, so I have manually ran PCA, but the same results:

Downloading xref file to /var/tmp/patchdiag.xref Trying https://sunsolve.sun.com/patchdiag.xref (1/1) Using /var/tmp/patchdiag.xref from Jun/16/09
Host: acorn3 (SunOS 5.10/Generic_138888-03/sparc/sun4u)
List: missing (0/0)

It's great to get this message, but it's been at least since April that any patches have been installed, which I know is not right. What can I do to check on this? Not even sure what to check. Any advice / guidance would be greatly appreciated (because it's making me nervous).
