[pca] Patch download issues today?

There's definitely something up at Sun...again.  Trying to download 139439-03 I get a file named 139439-03.zip but inside is HTML that says (HTML stripped):

while trying to retrieve the URL:
ftp://ssoftp@patches.sun.com/patchroot/all/9/139439-03.zip</A>

Squid sent the following FTP command:
PASS <yourpassword>
and then received this reply
Login incorrect.

Your cache administrator is webmaster

Sounds like someone changed the password and forgot to tell folks.
