[pca] Convince PCA script to create non-host general patch report?

Lee,
If you are not looking at server specific patches for a given version of
Solaris, there is an easier way than hacking PCA script.

Take a look at patchdiag.xref file and you will see all the information you
need. 3rd column has the date that specific patch was published.
