[pca] wget stalls

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to set up pca as a caching proxy for the first time on my 
personal machine, to start some initial testing. It is a SuSE Linux 
Enterprise Server 10 box.

At the moment, I'm still waiting on access to a Solaris machine to test as 
a client, so I'm trying to run pca as a client on the same SuSE machine 
(yes I know it won't get very far, but I can at least test the connection 
and patchdiag.xref file download capability).

I receive the following at the terminal:

Any ideas on what the issue might be? I can do wget 
http://sunsolve.sun.com/patchdiag.xref and download the file just fine, 
but the same wget https://.... requires me to use "--no-check-certificate" 
for it to work. Could that be part of the problem?
