[pca] strange 137137 patch

That's a common issue. pca behaves differently when you specify either a 
patch ID or a patch ID plus revision. In the first case, it resolves 
dependencies and shows you all required patches as well. In the second 
case, it will only show (or download or install) the specified patch 
without resolving dependencies.

 From the output you show, pca downloaded the patch through the proxy, 
so it should be stored there, too. Try to add "debug=1" to 
pca-proxy.conf and look at /tmp/pca-proxy-debug.txt to see what's going on.
